HOSPITALITY
A table, a bed, quiet
A restaurant, a café and accommodation on the hill — the Rule asks that every arrival be received as Christ himself.
GASTRONOMY
Viator and Pausa
The Viator Abbey Restaurant and Wine Bar sits below the hill: the kitchen works to the season and to local produce, and the wine list carries the abbey winery's own bottles. For coffee and cake, the Pausa café and the Tricollis stand beside the monastery.
